Childbirth and the early stages of parenting bring many emotions—joy, excitement, and sometimes anxiety or fear. If you're feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or just need someone to talk to, we're here to help.

  • Pre- and Postpartum Counseling: Explore your emotions and concerns around childbirth, from expectations to adjustment after the baby arrives.

  • Anxiety & Stress Management: Learn strategies to cope with the stress, pressure, and uncertainty that often come with the arrival of a new baby.

  • Bonding & Identity: Navigate the emotional shifts in your relationship, self-identity, and parenting role as you become a new parent.

  • Grief & Loss Support: If your journey has been impacted by loss, I provide compassionate care to help you heal and process your feelings.

You deserve to feel supported, understood, and empowered during this significant time in your life.
