The early postpartum days can feel overwhelming, emotional, and full of unexpected challenges.

SOS Postpartum offers on-demand support for families who need practical and evidence-based guidance — whether it’s reassurance, troubleshooting, or hands-on help.

 

What we can support you with:

• Newborn care questions

• Feeding concerns

• Understanding your baby’s cues

• Emotional overwhelm and reassurance

• Postpartum recovery and physical healing 

• Creating simple routines and daily flow

• What’s normal vs when to seek further support 

 

Virtual Support:

During your private session, we’ll explore what’s happening, answer your questions, troubleshoot challenges, and create practical next steps that make sense for your family.

Virtual Session

Price:  $85

● 60-minute private Zoom session

● Personalized email summary after your session

● Practical, step-by-step action plan tailored to your family

Postpartum Virtual Package

For parents who would like a little more support after the session as they put their plan into practice.

Price: $175

● 60-minute private Zoom session

● Personalized email summary and action steps

● 2 weeks of text support*

 

*For non-urgent postpartum and newborn-care questions, adjustments, and reassurance.

Text support availability: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.

Messages are checked regularly during these hours and answered as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary depending on the nature and volume of messages.

 

**Text support is intended for ongoing guidance and reassurance, not emergency or urgent medical care. If you have a medical emergency or urgent clinical concern, please contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services.

In-Person Support:

When you need more than a conversation, in-person postpartum doula support provides practical, hands-on help in your home.

 

Daytime

Daytime support is tailored to your family and may include newborn care, settling and soothing, support with rest and recovery, nourishment, postpartum routines, and practical household support related to your postpartum needs.

Price: $45/hour

Minimum 4 hours

 

Nighttime

Nighttime support is available for families who need help overnight so they can get some much-needed rest while their baby is cared for. Hands-on help at your home when you need more direct support like postpartum recovery support, newborn care guidance, settling and soothing techniques and all situations where virtual support isn’t enough.

Price: $50/hour

Minimum 6 hours

As a thank you for joining one of our classes, we’re happy to offer you 10% off* your first postpartum visit. This is a great opportunity to continue your care with us and receive personalized support as you recover and adjust during the early weeks with your baby*.

Note: SOS Postpartum includes general feeding support. For in-depth breastfeeding care, a dedicated Breastfeeding Support Session is recommended.
