With 10 years of experience in maternity, Lauren is passionate about supporting and educating expectant parents as they prepare for birth and parenthood. Having assisted countless families through their childbirth journeys, she understands the importance of knowledge, confidence, and compassionate care.

As a prenatal educator, Lauren provides evidence-based information on pregnancy, labour, birth, comfort techniques, medical interventions, postpartum recovery and newborn care. Her goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, comfortable and collaborative learning environment where parents feel informed, empowered, and ready to make the best choices for their growing family.

When she’s not working, Lauren loves spending time with her family and exploring local small businesses- especially restaurants, breweries and coffee shops.
