Our Postnatal Activity Group is the perfect place for your baby to grow, interact, and have fun while YOU connect with other new moms!

 

Starting from 3 months and guided by one of our nurses, those classes regroup a bunch of mom and baby activities designed to help your baby develop while having fun. 

 

What We Offer:

• Engaging Activities for Babies: From sensory play to movement exercises, we offer activities that support your baby's growth and development. Let your little one enjoy the company of other babies, developing social skills from an early age.

• Mom & Baby Bonding: Strengthen the bond with your little one through fun, interactive sessions.

• Socialize with Fellow Moms: Meet other new moms, share experiences and tips, and build a support system for those early months in a friendly and welcoming environment.  ​​

 

Price:

     $30 for one hour activity​.
