This 2-hour workshop is designed to complement the Ready Babe Prenatal Course by diving deeper into the pelvic health perspective of birth preparation. Led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this workshop will provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to support labour, delivery, and the early postpartum recovery period. The focus will be on helping participants understand their pelvic floor, optimize biomechanics, and learn hands-on techniques that support both vaginal and cesarean births. Expect an interactive, supportive session with time to practice skills and ask questions.

The services provided by Ready Babe are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are designed to offer general guidance and support in relation to birth and baby care, but we strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns or questions you may have. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that we do not provide medical care, and you agree to seek professional advice when necessary.​ Flexible Booking & Rescheduling: Our policy for booking classes is designed to be flexible to suit your needs. If for any reason you're unable to attend a scheduled class, we’ll be happy to reschedule you into another session. We offer the same sessions every week, so you can easily find an alternative time that works for you. Class Attendance: You may attend any of the available weekly sessions, as long as space allows. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. If you're attending a shared class and your friend is unable to attend on the scheduled date, you have two options: 1- Reschedule the class – We’re happy to accommodate a new time if you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. 2 - Upgrade to a private class – If rescheduling isn’t an option, you can choose to pay the difference to attend a private class instead.​ Refund Policy: If you change your mind about enrolling in one of our courses, we can refund you if your class is more than 2 weeks away. A cancelation fee of $50 will be charged. Refunds are processed according to the terms outlined at the time of booking. We kindly ask you to send us a message explaining why you decided to do it so we can improve our services. Also. no refunds after the first class. A cancelation fee of $25 applies for Post natal activities. Class Availability: Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to secure your spot! By booking your prenatal class, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Important!!! If you delivery prematurely we unfortunately do not reimburse the classes fees. So please book them in advance. Keep in mind that the second session can still be useful to you and your partner since we talk about baby care.
